This is my arrangement of The Beatles’ “Here Comes The Sun.” Most covers of this song have a capoed 7th fret. I don’t really have a preference one way or the other–I like how the capoed notes shimmer, but I thought I’d do it differently than the majority. This song was surprisingly difficult to record because it contains several unique time signature changes. During the bridge it moves from 11/8 to 4/4 to 7/8, and it’s for this reason that you’ll find a lot of players using accompaniment in the background to keep proper time.

Excellent job on this song! You’re a talented guitarist.
Hi!!! oh, I love this song so much, found it on youtube and so, i found your website! I believe that what you do is amazing, helping people through here is very kind! I’m like, trying to learn guitar (again) cuz I know some stuff, and I can actually play rather nicely, but my theory sucks, so I’m studying your website right now…
Well, I’ll just go now, this is really cool!
greetings
Hi Tania. Thanks for your input. Within a year or so, I’ll be putting up more advanced articles that are theory-based, so I hope you’ll appreciate them. Thanks for reading. Josh
